Warranty Policy

1-Year Manufacturing Defect Warranty

This warranty applies only if the optional 1-Year Manufacturing Defect Warranty is purchased at checkout. Coverage begins on the date of delivery and lasts for one (1) year.

This warranty provides replacement parts or replacement units only. Refunds, partial refunds, or store credit are not available under this warranty.

What This Warranty Covers

This warranty covers manufacturing defects that occur under normal, intended use, including:

  • Structural failure caused by a printing defect

  • Layer separation, cracking, or splitting not caused by impact or misuse

  • Parts breaking or separating during normal handling and use

  • Defects in materials or workmanship present at the time of delivery

If a claim is approved, we will provide one (1) replacement part or replacement unit per order, at our discretion, at no additional cost.

What This Warranty Does NOT Cover

This warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • Drops, impacts, crushing, or excessive force

  • Misuse, abuse, or use outside the product’s intended purpose

  • Heat exposure, including melting, warping, softening, or deformation
    (including but not limited to: hot vehicles, heaters, garages, open flames, prolonged direct sunlight, or extreme temperatures)

  • Normal wear and tear or cosmetic changes over time

  • Accidental damage or improper storage

  • Modifications, alterations, or repairs made by the customer or third parties

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To submit a warranty claim within the 1-year coverage period, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photo or video evidence showing the defect

All claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approved claims will receive replacement parts or a replacement unit only.

Additional Terms

  • This warranty is non-transferable

  • Replacement parts or units do not restart or extend the warranty period

  • We reserve the right to determine whether a replacement part or full unit will be provided

  • We reserve the right to deny claims that do not meet the warranty criteria
