Avoid leaving it in direct sunlight for extended periods like in a hot car. It's perfectly fine during normal outdoor use, but prolonged exposure can cause warping

Yes. We offer an optional 30 Day Manufacturing Defect Warranty for added peace of mind.
It covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal, intended use.
Damage caused by drops, misuse, or heat exposure (including melting or warping) is not covered.
If a claim is approved, we’ll provide one replacement per order.
